To ensure a smooth shipping experience, follow these important guidelines:

• Barrels are sealed in your presence, and the seal number is recorded on your Bill of Lading. Always confirm it matches at destination.

• Boxes must be taped properly before pickup.

• Barrels should be closed prior to pickup.

• Clearly write the receiver’s name and address on the side of all items.

• Always purchase insurance for valuable items like appliances, televisions, and furniture. Claims can only be made with insurance coverage.

• Inspect your items at the port before leaving; obtain a damage certificate from Customs if necessary.

• Never overpack barrels, boxes, or containers—it leads to damage.

• Ship well in advance, especially during holidays, to avoid delays caused by weather or mechanical issues.

• Double-check the spelling of the receiver’s name on the Bill of Lading; corrections after shipping may incur extra charges.
